Woah, this pushed some major objectification buttons for me. I'm definitely a little envious of the main character (despite my best interests lol)

Not for me, and I didn't finish the story.  But I do come back to one observation, our central lady basically went to a black market doctor, someone who we can reasonably expect to carry out illegal and unethical treatments, and then expected them to stick to the contract, when she offered herself up like this?  As a wonderful opportunity for profit?!  Foolish and reckless.
