Feasibility of this- Thoughts?

I've been wondering about this for a while. Mostly just curious but from an objectification standpoint, the thought turns me on a bit.

What's the feasibility of plumbing in some sort of drink line to a mans penis?
For example, what If I wanted to somehow plumb a beer line into my penis so it becomes the 'tap' for a party?
Does that make sense?

I suppose it could be the same idea for smoke. Some sort of line plumbed into the penis so when a woman wants a drag, she gives the tip of the penis a suck and she gets some smoke.

I'd like to write a story about that, but I'm also curious about the feasibility IRL too.

If anyone knows any stories about this please let me know.
