Buried story with mob

Hey guys, I'm looking for a "buried" story. The story is that detectives find a body buried in cement under a hotel/casino probably put there by the mob/maffia. They figure out that the person buried, was the gay son of the mob/maffia boss, and they wanted to get rid of them. The whole story is from the perspective of the detective/officer. No idea what the title can be, but I'm pretty certain it's here on Gromet' Plaza.
Any help is appreciated, sometimes not remembering a title like this is driving me nuts...
