Undercover bondage in public

I've been doing undercover bondage (self) for as long as I can remember. Rope type harnesses cock and ball bondage plugs etc. All done under my regular street clothing. Then proceed with my day thinking and feeling the discomfort it provides. I'm looking for somebody to chat with about different ideas for doing this. I'd love to be caught by the right person who would continue with what I've started.
