Looking for a story from a couple years ago

Hi y'all,
I was looking for this story about a girl who gets trapped in this box or machine because of a timer or computer issue. Her friend (probably a guy) helps her get in to it. Her husband or boyfriend thinks she wants to be in there forever or something so he uses her roughly. He then gets a new girlfriend and crates her up and sends her to the friend that moved away. I can't remember if it was latex or not but I know they kept using ring gags or spider gags.
