Specimen #3346: The Missing Tapes?

For those of you who have read the  Specimen #3346 micro-fiction (link here), what do you imagine would be on Dr. Harrington's missing log tapes? What more might they reveal about what happened during the incident?

I've been seriously considering writing a full short story about it and if anyone posts some ideas that sound good, they may become official canon (credit will be given to those posters in the "A Special Thanks To" section).
