Story I read a couple years ago

Woman who's name was Tamara is encased in a latex catsuit, corset, ballet boots and helmet by her lover or ex lover.
If I remember right a leather sheath was applied over that.
Then she was suspended in a concrete silo under the floor.
There was a computer involved that controlled her existence.
If I remember right there were many chapters to the story.

Sabrina was who she was renamed to.
Not the story I was looking for, but close.
Been to long since I read it and now I can't remember where I found it.
Damn CRS is kicking in more the older I get.

Actually I have been thinking about that since I posted a while ago.
You may be correct, and that may be where I discovered J. G. Leathers stories, photos and drawings.
Unfortunately I can not find that story online now so I can not be sure one way or the other.
