woman get stuck in abandoned prison

I recall a story, where a woman on Earth falls prey to post-apocalyptic, still running prison.  She's traveling in the ruins of a city, seeks shelter for the night, and somehow ends up locked in the abandoned, still working prison.

Lots of bondage, some mind control / programming, was a good read, but can't seem to find it any more.

Any ideas?

A 0pbit more clarity:

- There was only one person in this entire story.  No one else is in the prison
- Prison is 100% automated, and has been running since whatever killed society, happened
- Lots of ruins described in her trip, before she enters the prison
- Jail thinks she's the prisoner that used to be in that cell
