Bondage and flight story

Somewhere at some point I read a story about a woman who worked as the cabin crew on a private jet.  Three fully trussed women are brought on board for an overseas flight.  She has to take care of them and toys with them.  On the return flight the owner's wife and assistant come onboard, turns out they were two of the restrained passengers.  Memory fades at that point though the cabin girl might be restrained during the flight at some point at end up as the companion to the owner's wife.  Ring any bells?
