Hey Ron,

Loved this story! It's rare to see a story with a 3rd person view and this one does it well.
It also feels believable and it's sort of how you'd hope care would respons to this situation.
(though part of me is pretty sure that the compassionate understanding from a care provider is sadly rare for this type of scenario)
