Well, she did what she (secretly) wanted.
But how machines could correctly transfer information from brain to new storage, which process was created for it, but nobody noticed that brain = human, and maid should not be human.

I rather enjoyed this store. I wish she spend more time in the latex outfit, but I enjoyed the rest of it a great deal. I especially like she wasn't trapped in her own body forever, trapped. I am not personally a fan of the 'and they were doomed forever' end of stories. I hope there is more. Maybe more remote control, or more personality adjustments.
