Apparently the local Mayor can see nothing sexual in them, obviously not a fan of the Plaza then!

One local said they made a great bottle opener, points for where you'd stick the bottle.

Forbes, is a Conservative country town in rural New South Wales, mostly farming.

Taken at face value, my thought is that the mayor is either completely naive and socially out of touch in a big way, or they are completely lying out their ass and someone should doan investigation into their home night time activities.
