Well, I can genuinely say I did not see this coming...

I got some leather bondage cuffs for my girlfriend recently, (Black, silver D rings, soft inside and silver studs.)They work great, their sturdy and comfortable. Well after we've had our fun , I've untied her and we're warming up to a movie, I notice that she's still wearing them, individually and unchained. Turns out, she's completely fallen in love with them, but not in a fetish way... She thinks they're absolutely gorgeous! To the point she's thought about wearing one or both outside the house as fashion accesories.

Now these ones are clearly bondage cuffs so that probably wouldn't work, but I can't deny they are really good as bracelets. She pulls them off beautifully. I want to get her some leather wristbands or bracelets, but I know leather can get expensive. Does anyone know any affordable sites, or should I just bite the bullet and get her a nice set?

There are some very nice stainless steel cuffs out there you can look at and see if she enjoys. The ring folds down on most to hide their actual intended use.

I've somewhat 'watched' your relationship grow between you and your girlfriend and I have to applaud you both on how well it has gone. From your respect of her to her willingness to try new things with you. You both have something special and are something special to one another.

There are so many options out there for sexy looking and functional bondage wear that it may just take time for the two of you to sit down and check out websites which sell some of the better cuffs and get an idea of costs. Yes, some can be quite costly but not normally much more than a couple hundred for the sets. This is a lot, but can be saved away for. However, the cost could be considered much cheaper if you figure four pieces of leather jewelry versus one gold necklace or bracelet for the same, if not double, the price. And that is a simple gold chain or bracelet. My ex always want a bengle. Once year I bought her two gold bengle braclets. She wore them twice then off to the jewelery box they went and were never worn again. I bought them in our third year...we were married eleven. I never even got to use them fetishly...LOL. So yes, you have a winner and she has what I believe to be a very loving, trustable, and honorable man. A win-win as far as I have seen.
