Thoughts on part 8, as I read it.
Yet another visitor, yet another random and possibly unwelcome turn of events! Thing's really don't seem to be going Lauren's way.
Then again, now they are finally getting to talk a little bit, and we have some small insight into Steve, her latest visitor, he is actually making a good impression, coming across as polite, level headed, sensible and considerate. Real signs of compassion and concern, emotions that tend to be in remarkably short supply where the twins and Amber are concerned! It is far to early to draw any form of conclusions, but I am starting to hope, wondering if Amber may come out of all of this with an actually decent and respectful bondage companion to help her explore her dreams and desires.
And then Amber appears, and shows all of the charm and compassion that we have come to expect *rolls eyes* Her firm and commanding approach might be nice, if she was not so cold and heartless.
Interesting hesitant and almost wary reaction from Steve. If his relationship with Amber is purely professional, then perhaps he has some sense of the type of person she really is. Clearly he does not blindly trust that Lauren is here of her own free will and happy about it. Then again, role play is a valid explanation for what he is seeing.
A delightful scene, these two rubbing against each other, tied and pressed so tightly together, such rising passions are no surprise. I think this was a welcome, perhaps even much needed change of pace, given the gathering storm between Amber and the twins, and how Lauren is all caught up in this.
Watching Steve work at the gag, again the clear and overriding sense is of someone nice, gentle and considerate. Someone in sharp contrast with Amber and co.
And Amber returns. She does have a point, it is a very wild take Lauren is telling, and this is a dungeon you go to for bondage games...
Seeing the way Steve treats Lauren, it makes the way Amber behaves, and the way she is treating Steve, all the more plain. There is no need to be so rude in order to be dominant and commanding.
Well, this new woman explains why the twins were so hard to find, they were off calling in reinforcements. A sensible course of action on their part. An interesting thought, if Steve was around to witness this mass arrival, he will suddenly realise that the twins, whom he knew nothing of, were real, which will add weight to Lauren's story, and desperate pleas for help.
Oh, now that's a little careless, putting down your taser and walking off, even if you do feel that you and your allies are alone.
What the hell! Sex slaves, shipped off overseas? Yep, things are clearly getting massively out of hand, and given the way the twin's work, Lauren is in real danger of going along for such a ride, really not what she signed up for! Hardly fair or reasonable where Amber is concerned either, but Amber is someone it's really hard to feel much sympathy or concern for.
Well, Hazel trying to buy Lauren was no shock, but given how the twins carry on, I am not sure that them deciding to keep and punish Lauren is really what she wanted either!
Sigh, I really am not surprised by how part eight ends. Given what we have seen of Hazel, I would not be surprised if she has her eye on the twins as well, as more girls to sell. Loose ends and all that *rolls eyes*.
And now onto part nine
In other, happier circumstances, I would be revelling in this heavily bound Lauren. As it is though, as her feelings so aptly show, things are bad and there is a real prospect of them getting worse real soon, making it harder to simply relax into and enjoy her increased bondage and total immobility. At least though she has her happy memories of Steve and the crotch rope, so things are not totally dire, yet, for Lauren.
A misplaced door key, I wonder if Hazel might have something to do with this, it seems likely you know.
And now Hazel has returned, and as I suspected, she has her eyes on the twins as well. She does not come across as a woman easily satisfied with just one captive to sell when she can have several, and get rid of the witnesses at the same time.
Leaving Lauren here offers a small, feeble ray of hope, but its something. I am wondering where this is going, all in all.
Steve is proving his nature, and intelligence, returning like this to check up on things, finding that something was nagging at him, and actually acting on this thought!
The timing though, Hazel appearing moments later!
Ha, I thought leaving the tazer out was a bad move, it just took quite a bit longer than expected to play out. Sometimes the little details really are crucial.
Ah, how emotions can turn in an instant, envy at seeing "her" Steve tying up some other woman, Lauren is falling hard and fast, but then again, what else is going to happen, when she has been through such a terrible and traumatic experience, and Steve has been the one to come to her rescue so decisively!
*nods* I do approve, whole heartedly, of how this ended. You have found a very good and satisfying way of wrapping everything thing up, of bring it all together in a neat conclusion, and even cycling back to the beginning, which is something I very rarely see done
Being a sucker for a happy and romantic ending, I have to say this is exactly the sort of thing I was hoping for, once it started to become clear how nice and sensible Steve was, how he was a far better match for Lauren and her desires than the twins had ever been.
It has been one hell of a ride, with a whole lot of real emotional power, a very solid piece of writing you should be very pleased with
