Many years ago I read a story online titled "Vanishing Point"  ( I think)  It was about a woman who rigged herself on the very edge of a one way trip into quicksand and the day she finally made her fatal error.  The narrator is a guy who secretly tapes the event.  If one of you should have a copy, or happen across a copy, I would very much like to get a copy from you.
