An older hyponsis story

I read a story where the guy had gotten his wife hypnotized to love tying him up, only to find out that the conditioning had 'taken' a little too deeply. She bound and gagged him, rendering him unable to say the 'deactivation phrase', and then sat there, repeating what the hypnotist had told her, over and over; "I like you tied up. I don't like untying you.", etc.

Does that ring any bells with anyone?
