Stranded on an Island - Male rides female piggyback

I am pretty sure i read that story at deviant arts couple of years ago. A multi part story about a plane crash on a remote island. Because the guy injured his foot the woman lets him ride on her back. They dont speak the same language, so they dont talk much. I only remember her kneeling before him and offering herself with the word "cowboy".
