Looking for a latex doll transformation / body modification story

Hey there!

I'm trying to remember / find a story again where I only remember the rather extreme end.
The story finished with the main character going through intense surgery and body modifications to become a perfect latex dominatrix and then finds out that her best friend / female partner (can't remember which exactly) has gone through similar surgery, but instead became a rubber pet for her. At the very end, they're seen walking down the street, permanently linked together.

I'm convinced I read the story back then on one of the sites here, but sadly not 100%.
Really hope someone can help me find it again!
