Is there a deadline to submitting *non* halloween stories?  (submit before day X or it will be in November kind of deal?)

There is currently about a 4 week backlog of stories in the queue, so realistically, that date has probably already passed.

And thank you PP for highlighting it here! As you might have guessed I've been snowed under recently and haven't taken the time to put an announcement up on the site, which I'll rectify tonight.
