Title: wish list story

The story has 2 women go to a hotel and sex toy convention. I believe christmas time but maybe not. One ties the other up on a luggage cart. They have wish lists of things to buy. A bellhop finds the woman and wheels her to the convention to help her. Any ideas of this stories title or location?
