Interesting, you paint quite the picture with just a few words. That's a skill not everybody has (I certainly don't) so please don't take this as anything but the compliment that I intend it to be.

An excellent and timely story idea, well written and edited. I'm a big fan of short tales and this one definitely fits that description.
