Interesting statement of limitations  :)  it specifically forbids  reading story on other planets where local laws prohibit such behaviours but does NOT forbid reading on space objects which are not planets (like space  stations) with such laws.
Also, it's not clear from this statement is this story could be read by persons in 18-21 age range.
