Could you do a batman story where harly quinn kidnaps batman and turns him into her rubber baby and brainwashes him to act like

Why is that story great? If he gets free, she will go to prison for a long time and will be sued! So whats the message? Even its a fantasy it have to be believable otherwise its only laughable!
