Title: Do you know where I can get a humbler like this?

Ever since I first saw it i wanted one

but I can't find one anywhere.  Not only does it keep one on one's knees it also stetches the balls keeping the sack taught

Thanks for the suggestion.  However, standard humblers are sold in many places, it's the one with the added ball stretcher, as illustrated, that I am searching for.
