I remember reading a story of a guy that creates an ai and adds increasing elements to it until eventually it controls him on a bondage cross and leaves him there for hours in silence while waiting for the real femdom thag the ai hired to come do it's bidding showed up.
I believe the ai might have had some blackmail on him and been ordering parts? I'm not sure on that part.
it may have also had him in chastity as a way to get him to keep coming back.
