Is there reason only first books is available on smashwords? Could this be fixed?
I don't know what the policy is in relation to Smashwords vs Fiction4All. You could ask the question of Stuart, the webmaster and publisher behind Fiction4All, at webmaster@fiction4all.com. He is generally pretty forthcoming.
