Okay folks, there has been a minor upgrade to the forum software (and the version of PHP on which it is running). All seems to be well and running normally, but please do let me know, either here or at support@grometsplaza.net if there are issues.
It is worth noting that the PHP version used for all the Plaza sites has also been updated, so any issues with search results or "recent stories" lists not displaying correctly I'm also interested in hearing about.
All of this should be unrelated to the intermittent server errors people have been seeing, those appear to be coming from our hosting provider rather than from any issue with the site itself. If anything has gone wrong with this recent upgrade, you should see it 100% of the time.
For what it's worth, looks like the RSS feed (https://grometsplaza.net/rss.html) was broken by the upgrade, but that has now been fixed.
I haven't bumped into any issues. The site looks as normal as before. (as normal as it can be) :)
