Looking for a story where a woman signs up for an extended vacation at a bondage themed island (I think it's an island.) She is overconfident and checks off more boxes than she should on the application. At the facility she is kept displayed in a cell and is ultimately recruited by her boss at the end of her stay.
Any help would be appreciated!
