Title: CNC and fantasies
Post by: gitefetichistes on September 30, 2025, 07:14:50 AM
Article on this role-playing game, covering the legal aspects and psychology of these games.
CNC, which stands for Consensual Non-Consensual, refers to role-playing games that play with what is forbidden by law or one's own morals, but which are the subject of many fantasies. Example: I was kidnapped and forced to...

In the 'forced to...' scenario, we often find forced to feminise myself / forced to have sex with someone of the same sex / forced to be a prostitute / to be fucked without consent (rape fantasy) / to be a slave / ...

LEGAL: (again, for example) I was kidnapped, tied up and forced to...

This type of role play is recognised by law, but its consensual nature is often called into question. Dominant players face heavy prison sentences for the slightest slip-up or accident.
Dominant players must prove that the person consented even when they said 'no'. This 'no' that is not listened to is part of the game that is ardently desired in fantasies BUT is not always so --> on the day or at the moment.

Indeed, fear or shame sometimes causes the person playing the role of the victim to change their mind. If they say 'no, I don't want to', --> in this game, the dominant player is supposed to ignore them and continue with the action.

In the eyes of the law, even if the pseudo-victim has signed a paper indicating their prior consent, the dominant player must stop the action at the slightest request from the pseudo-victim.
It is therefore advisable to keep all written documents in order to cast doubt in court and perhaps... have a reduced sentence by not being considered a true psychopath. If, in addition to the written documents, you have made a video beforehand in which the person can be seen and heard confirming that they want to be the victim in the game, this may help.

Everything will be at the discretion of the judge if the pseudo-victim has filed a complaint or if there has been an accident.
So be careful!

PSYCHOLOGY  Who/what/why would someone want to be a victim in the game and how
For imposed feminisation/imposed bisexuality/imposed regression, what makes pseudo-victims fantasise is therefore being forced, not having a choice.

CNC allows them to clear their own conscience. Translation: it's not my fault, I was forced to do something I only fantasised about. With the victim's conscience clear, they can savour the intoxicating shame that is so exciting in their fantasies.

CNC allows them to push their own limits/push back their own boundaries. For example, a heterosexual man who has to perform oral sex or be sodomised by another man. A sexual act that he would surely never have done without CNC.
There are many other examples besides those given. It is not only sexual acts that fall under CNC. Kidnapping with long-term bondage and slavery or animalisation are also part of CNC role-playing.

HOW CNC is organised

After agreeing on the limits and taboos of the pseudo victim, the individuals proceed to the act. This does not necessarily happen on the same day; it is sometimes decided weeks in advance.

These games can start in the following ways:

Through pseudo blackmail: the person uses one or more photos to start the game. 'Either you do what I ask, or I'll post the photos on the internet,' for example.
Through bondage: once tied up, the person cannot escape.
Through physical restraint: pinned against the wall, the person finds themselves handcuffed and unable to defend themselves.
Through the use of a weapon: an unloaded revolver is just a piece of metal. It may be a toy and not a real revolver or rifle.
Through various traps or the use of a knife, but be careful, accidents can happen quickly.
Through the theft of belongings and papers: I use this trick at the fetishist lodge for people who want to experience clothing CNC (feminisation/regression/others...), but you can use it anywhere. The person takes a shower and when they come out, everything is gone. Naked, they have only what the dominant person gives them at their disposal.

It is therefore important not to mix BDSM sessions and CNC role-playing, even if some practices may be very similar. In CNC, we are not talking about a transfer of authority (DS) but about authority imposed by role-playing.

Whether it's BDSM or CNC, be careful. Where there is life, there is death, but if we are always afraid, we do not live. So... what should we do?
