To practise kidnapping role play and long-term physical restraint, I am going to share my techniques and, above all, some very useful information with you.
Don't forget that you will be leaving the person alone for hours.
Chains + padlocks. These cannot be used as tourniquets. The chains must not be too tight. Their role is to restrain, not to constrict.
Bondage chains must allow for some movement, as this is necessary in case of cramps.
Bondage must allow for the possibility that the person may feel unwell. They must not be able to suffocate if they lose consciousness or injure themselves if they fall.
Closed gag: prohibited when leaving a person alone. If they cough or vomit, they risk drowning OR burning their alveoli, which is irreversible and therefore lifelong. (very painful)
Open gag: to please the kidnapped person, but be careful, after hours it becomes torture for the jaw.
Handcuffs: hands behind the back becomes torture for the shoulders after a few hours. Hands in front are safe.
Handcuffs again: be careful, some pairs of handcuffs tighten by themselves when the person leans on them. This becomes very painful.
Straightjacket: between 6 and 8 hours maximum. After that, it causes cramps in the shoulders. 24 hours in a straightjacket becomes real torture with cramps that will make you scream in pain.
Sensory deprivation: sight no danger / hearing no danger. This is very useful / fun for losing all sense of direction / it helps you to drift off and fantasise.
Eating: you can go without food for 24 hours, even if it causes stomach cramps. It is still a good idea to give them a piece of bread, for example.
Drinking: 24 hours without drinking is not fatal, but again, it is not a good idea. You can leave a baby bottle of water or a tube stuck in a plastic bottle; glass is not allowed.
Pee and poo: if the person is unable to relieve themselves for 24 hours, provide nappies or be prepared for mess.
Marks on the body: you should be aware that the person will have marks from the chains when they pull on them or lean on them. This should be taken into account if they need to see a doctor afterwards, for example.
The simplest and safest kidnapping method is as follows, even if it is less fun: a chain around the neck + padlock (like for a dog) with the other end of the chain attached to the radiator, for example. It is therefore possible to leave the person with a bottle of water (plastic), something to eat and a litter tray for their needs.
At home, I take these precautions but can also leave the person tied up like a dog in the garden or in our large kennel.
If you are alone as the kidnapper: be aware that you could have an accident on the stairs or elsewhere and that there is a person imprisoned in your home. I don't have this concern as we are a couple.
Think about the cold, especially if the person is on a tiled floor.
HEALTH AND SAFETY:
It is essential to know:
- Whether the person has a heart condition/asthma/claustrophobia (in the case of a hood)/other conditions
- Whether the person has to take medication, such as for diabetes or other conditions.
.............. ..........
Personally, I take all of the above into account.
For pee, I require a nappy when the person is sleeping in bed / for poo, I take the person to the toilet, which obviously remains open under supervision and with handcuffs.
