I liked the story but it doesnt have any M2f elements in it. Was it labeled wrong?

Not wrong, the tg element is very subtle, but now you mention it the M2f tag is really superfluous as the gender codes cover it, and there's no change in gender as part of the story.  so I may just update to remove it.
