Hey folks,
Looking for a story that focuses on a young man's situation where he is sent to prison, but is allowed to leave if he undergoes hormone therapy and the various surgeries that transform him into a woman. It has a number of parts to it, as well. Any help is appreciated.

Just trying to bump this along. I know it was pretty descriptive of the process of gender changing, there was a sultan or sheik or rich oil baron who bought this slave...a mean brother who had his way with the slave for one night...anyone remember? I know I saw the story here, but can't find it. It's been a while.

Removing 'prison' from the tags shows 216 stories, I'd suggest scanning through that list and seeing if based on the tags or title any of them seem to ring any bells
