What I remember of the plot is this:
The story was possibly in the second person, and the man is wandering through a room when a leather-clad woman introduces herself (I want to say her name is "Monica," but could be wrong). She wrestles with him and subdues him, then starts restraining him in leather, with a leather legbinder, an armbinder, high leather heels, a full hood, etc. She eventually leaves him bound in a chair, with a clamp on the leather over his cock vibrating and leading him to orgasm after orgasm.
