That is a very infrequent garbage collection in Brisbane !

You can have bags in a dumpster for 4 weeks without a single collection.  LOL

I don't want to worry anyone, but Gromet said he was away for 4 weeks, well it has been 7 weeks now.

Does somebody need to notify the Fire Brigade to cut him free with bolt croppers ?

Gromet was away from home for an extended period. It's just a wild guess that he has to get caught up at work, the yard is a mess, there's no food in the house, a mountain of mail, yadda yadda yadda. I'm sure patience will be rewarded.
