group of people Packaged in rafters of a warehouse

HI i am looking for a story about a guy who ties up and Packages a woman then hangs her from the rafters of a warehouse. in the second chapter a group of workers (1 guy 2 girls) find her and then get tied and packaged themselves (till the third part)

Anyone got any ideas?
