Was Sandra’s computer related to HAL? Nice story Lobo, and a cautionary tale to the dangers of artificial intelligence.

Her computer may not have been sinister, but it was not exactly the most agreeable of sorts.

Computers only do what they're programmed to do.  Which might make you wonder about the person who wrote the program that allowed full-body mummification as a medical procedure.  Or, for that matter, the genius who invented wrap that tightens and didn't put a limit on how far that tightening could go.  Thanks for your words, Dana, I'm glad you enjoyed it.
